What would change in your life if you didn't have your symptoms frequently?
Life without hives is undoubtedly better, but if the symptoms continue, life still goes on. Have you ever stopped to think about it?
When thinking about illness, one of the first things people look for is a cure.
I believe that your biggest goal is to cure urticaria, or to reach the necessary factor that will make you free from it, after all, urticaria is not just about something that appears on your body and itches, but is an impact significant impact on quality of life.
Data shows that one in three people with skin conditions live with stress and 75% of people with hives feel embarrassed by their symptoms.
I would like to tell you something better, but the truth is that hives have no cure. What exists today is symptom control.
So, wait…“Am I going to live with hives forever?”, No! But we don't have a set date for when she will leave. Urticaria is a type of disease that goes into remission, that is, aOne day she will go away alone, you can wait for that! – while you follow your treatment.
I know people who have only had hives for two years, and I also know people who have messaged us who have had it for 25 years.
The main difficulty in waiting for a cure is feeling the need to do something besides the treatment. In the case of induced hives you can do, you can try to stay away from it as much as possible, avoid it, and consider the triggers that induce the disease.
Now in the case of spontaneous chronic urticaria everything becomes more complex and I understand that well. I somehow couldn't cure the hives, but I had to develop something to cure my pain from having hives and through this I developed some habits and was able to generate positive attitudes that also brought many positive results.
The greatest example of all is 3000dias.
My way of curing my pain due to hives was this initiative, 3000dias, and you need to find yours!! Maybe it's talking to some friends, maybe it's going out, maybe it's looking for a new hobby...
Set aside a day so you can have that moment with yourself. It's not at all relaxing to have a chronic illness, manage medication schedules, constant visits to the doctor, filling out UAS7...
We need to get that “a good time to simply live life”, because even with hives it will continue to exist.
Sometimes we get so caught up in wanting to find a cure for a disease or the right medicine that we end up forgetting to live a life, you know, the happy life that we need to live.
It's not just this disease that defines you, so wait for the cure, keep believing in the remission of the disease, keep believing that you can advance this remission through the correct treatment.
But don't get caught up to the point of thinking that this is your life, that this is your motivation for being and existing, no... your motivation should not be to find a cure for hives, your motivation should be to live a good life !
Today I am much better than before and there has never been a time in my life when I have been as well as I am now, but this started much earlier within me.
Unfortunately, this is not a text that will indicate the best treatment, doctor or medicine for you to stop having hives forever and be cured. But, regardless of that, I believe that there has never been so much talk about urticaria, and research into treatments has never been so developed. So probably the future for hives is much better than it is now, without a doubt.
But until that happens, what are you going to do?
I advise you to experience new things, while the cure does not come, developing mainly the cure for your pain due to having this disease.
Imagine for a second the your life without hives, brilliant, right? It would be great, without a doubt. But until that day arrives, what are you going to do?
I advise you to live the best way possible.

Hey good afternoon.
I've been living with these symptoms for 3 years, without a defined cause, I'm being treated with Dapsone 20mg, 1 tsp a day, I'm living normally!!
Only the pressure that I try to control, avoid factors, in short! Life goes on!

– hives + life
So...I didn't choose to have this, unfortunately I've been going through this for about 3 months, it comes and goes, it comes more than it goes...a lot of medication and my hair is falling out a lot too, I know now that it's up to me to stop this condition. stay stabilized.
Knowing that it's something emotional, wow...I couldn't have imagined that my body would react this way, that it would throw out what I'm going through inside...it's really really bad...all of this...lots of medication, lots of shame...but together with my family I will overcome and yes, believe that this UCE cannot stop us!!
I don't have any other health problems, everything is ok, no high blood pressure, no cholesterol, no diabetes, anyway... Nothing!! Now comes this UCE, I'm going to fight and I'm going to beat it!
