A main point to consider is that regardless of the type of hives you have, the clothing factor ends up being a big problem. And no wonder! Just imagine, your body is full of nettles, small, large and piled up, which already have their own volume and temperature. Imagine covering this with a fabric surface. Urticas have a natural itch, which brings a burning and swelling sensation. Just imagine, putting on top of it, some jeans or Lycra clothing, for example. This only makes it worse. Wearing light, cool clothes during this period is the best option.
2) LIGHTER EATING, FOCUS ON LIQUID
We can recommend that in episodes like this, we avoid eating heavier foods, foods that can even further raise the body temperature, which will only make us feel hotter, and worsen the discomfort of symptoms that already have a certain temperature. and they itch a lot. 4) REFRESH YOUR SKIN
Ah, an extra tip I can give is about relieving itching. Of course, on days of crisis, you will continue to respect the treatment that your doctor recommended, and use other types of devices for very difficult days. But here I want to leave some natural tips that we can take into consideration.
A simple tip I can give is to replace the itching sensation with a refreshing sensation. And we can do this with ice packs. We apply it to the skin, on top of the hives to provide relief. Another really cool thing is to use menthol-based lotions. Ah, it's worth remembering that this doesn't cure anyone! It's just a little help, so we don't scratch ourselves so much.
5) BE SINCERE WITH YOURSELF
My final trick for days when we have hives is sincerity. This is very important at this time, as with sincerity you can be frank with yourself and say: “Yes, today it’s not possible.” You need to respect your skin and your limits! Your tip is really cool. My crisis started in October 2017... there were constant trips to the hospital... I still haven't found a doctor in my region who could help me with the correct treatment.
