When I created 3000dias, I knew one thing: I was building something that wasn't on paper.
There was never a clear plan, you know? But I found the path as I walked along it.
Over the course of these almost 3 years of work, what we have done puts a single idea at the center: people.
This is because it is not numbers, data or mere information that connect and generate acceptance, but the stories of real people, full of experience and from there comes the following: “Wow, that’s exactly how I feel.”
I began to realize that I wasn't being a lone voice speaking about myself, but I was finding a place of representation, as if lending my speech to so many other people.
Today, I feel like a cause agitator, bringing truth behind every piece of content I write, film and post.
When I started this work, the idea was exactly that too, to connect with other people, learn more about the disease, the patients and what they were doing to live better.
It was then that I discovered the meaning of the phrase: Shared pain is diminished pain.
Our goal is to promote content that generates awareness of urticaria for those who don't know it and empathy for those who live with it.
The 3000dias dream is based especially on this, through a foundation that involves everything we do:
Through constant content, with tips, reports on treatments, uncomplicated scientific data and everything we produce, We are able, little by little, with these doses of information, to generate more solid, deeper knowledge about the disease, and when this happens, it becomes a change in attitude.
So, what 3000dias works to achieve is exactly this change in attitude.
Both in patients, who are better informed and will feel more recognized, represented and will move from an environment of isolation to one of acceptance. As for people in general, who are better informed and will break their prejudices and taboos. And this all generates awareness in various spheres.
We love the affected community. We lend our story to her daily. And everything we do is to make a positive impact, which through a message (which can always be powerful) can generate a change in attitude.
Our dream is to exercise citizenship like this.
